HIV Guide for Gay Men

Congratulations for viewing this article! That means that you are searching for something more meaningful more than what the flesh can offer.

The probability of HIV infection to anyone who has sexual contact is high.

But what is trending nowadays was that homosexual men or men who have sex with men (MSM) are proving to be a high risk. More than 50% of newly discovered cases of HIV come from homosexual male.

Almost 93% of people infected with HIV are acquired through sexual contact. Another means of acquiring HIV is by blood transfusion. And the last means of getting HIV is via "mother to child" transmission. Pregnant woman who are positive for HIV can transmit the virus to the child because for as we all know the umbilical cord serves as a bridge to nourish the child inside the mother's womb during pregnancy and this nutrients is being delivered through blood.

The most common sexual contact among homosexual men is through anal sex or oral sex. HIV can be transmitted via barebacking. Barebacking as we all know is having sex without condom. You might have seen a lot of porn where the actors don't use condoms but you have to remember that this videos are pre-casted ahead of time. Actors are being tested for HIV on the same day they are going to shot the film thus determining who is biologically clean is known ahead of time which is different with "consensus sex" among gay men. If you meet someone on a bar or an escort and you have this urge to hook up with him, you cannot oblige that person to undergo HIV test an hour before you have sex so you can do barebacking. By the time the result was released, the urge is no longer there. Second, the price for the most sensitive method of HIV testing is expensive for both parties. Thus, the safest way to practice safe sex is to use condom.

HIV cannot be transmitted through oral sex. You can suck that large dick down to your throat and devor it for one hour and you will not be contracted with HIV. The only risk you will have in doing oral sex is the transmission of microorganisms that thrives in buccal cavity such as gonnorhea, syphilis, herpes and chlamydia. Once you swallowed the semen of a person who is infected with this microorganism, you will surely get infected. These infections are curable unlike HIV but the economic and confidence impact it will bring you may not be. But how will you know if a person is infected with Gonorrhea or syphilis or herpes or Chlamydia? What you should know is the concept of normal first? If you are disease free, look at your penis and you know what a normal penis looks like. You've seen one also in a lot of porn you have watched as well. Pictures below are not normal thus when you take off your clothes and see that large cock hanging with blisters or with white pus in it, it would be safe to terminate the hook up! As the old adage says, "One moment of pleasure can be a lifetime pain."

I don't usually have sex with age group 18 to 35 because these are the age group which is at high risk of getting HIV infection. As men grows older, the libido also diminishes thus somehow those who are on their late 30's and above would be at lesser risk but again, you cannot conclude that they are not infected just by physical looks. Looks can be deceiving. It may be wise to know also what country they come from. A lot of country has figures where HIV infection is high thus, racism aside it would be wise not to hook up with them unless you are 99% affirmative that you will be safe.

If you are bottom, it feels pleasurable that your partner is squirting his warm semen inside you. You will feel it inside your body. The first time I'd experience bareback was with my Turkish boyfriend. We were living in a conservative country in the Middle East where before they renew your residency permit, you have to undergo HIV testing thus I allow him to bareback me. After that, he became my regular "fuck buddy" since I know he is safe. Those who assume a Top position will always had orgasm.

HIV or AIDS is actually a generic disease. What the virus is doing is to weaken your immune system. That's all it does. And if you have a weak immune system, you are then prone to infection. Those opportunistic infections are the one which will kill you. Take a look at the pictures below which are all product of a weak immune system. If you don't want to acquire one but still wanted an active sex life, condom would be your best friend.

There is no cure for HIV to date. One thin rubber will be your salvation at this time. Always practice safe sex.
